He went beyond his obligations with all of the problems he encountered in an older house and did it with a smile and a shrug of his shoulders as tho’ it was really no big problem. The tub went in on schedule as promised. There were two tile pieces that cracked, but Keith had found pieces of tile and marble from other jobs he’d done that were close enough to blend in with the existing stuff. He cut matched to fit, and I’m no longer sure which tile is the replacement one. As usual, everything was picked up and you can’t tell that any work was done in the area. All garbage, dust, etc. was gone before he left the site…
